I was asked if i had any resolutions for 2008. Sad to say, I haven't got any. For the fact that i know i won't be able to keep to my word.

Nonetheless, i definitely have my goals and targets for 2008 be it for myself, in sports, education, family, friends & even girlfriend. (haha) If you asked me to list them down, the list will probably go on. However just like what i learnt in Sports Psychology class, I've got to set SMARTER goals, as well as Process, Performance & Outcome Goals for me to keep track of my progress. This does not only apply in the sporting context but also the rest mentioned earlier on.

Anyhows, i have faith that 2008 would be an even better year the last. I'm already looking forward to the events that will be happening in 2008!

IVP is just 2days away, and that's the first of many goals that i have set for myself. The biggest prize and honour would most probably fall in May! Game ON!

A special shoutout to my bestfriend, closefriends and secondary school mates (i miss your nonsense guys & a girl) and not forgetting my wonderful girlfriend whom i had the honour of taking out for new year's eve cum new year's day. (:

Pictures with her when i get them, anyhows....

Happy 2008 Everyone!
